By filling out registration form above and submitting your deposit or full payment you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the payment conditions and refund policies. 

Register with a deposit of $200 which will hold your place. The balance of $300 will be due on October  2, 2017. First come, first served. These workshops often sell out quickly so get your deposit in as soon as possible to assure your spot. Postmark date will determine sequence of registration. If the workshop is full, you will go on the waiting list and if you do not get in your check or payment will be returned. 

If you find out you cannot attend and notify us at least 30 days prior to the workshop you will receive a full refund. If you notify us less than 30 days before the workshop the deposit cannot be refunded. After the workshop starts  no tuition can be refunded. 

Four day workshop "Keeping it Fresh - Painting Figures from Photos". Workshop is suitable for All Levels. Through lecture and painting exercises, Nancy will help you select photographs that will make great paintings. She will demonstrate her methods of working with photos in order to produce a painting that looks as though it were painted from life. Nancy will also discuss how to manipulate photographs on photo editing programs. For day 1 and 2 you will work with photos provided by Nancy, and day 3 and 4 you may use from photos you brought from home or use those provided by Nancy.

Nancy Tankersley Bio:

Despite a lifetime of moving around the United States as part of a military family, I have always regarded the coastal areas of Maryland and Virginia as home, and that is where I have lived for the past 25 years.  My love of the Chesapeake Bay area is evident in many of my landscapes and I enjoy painting en plein air as often as possible.
