There are sooooo many things to think about in a painting….How do you bring it together and what do you think about as you’re doing it…How do you finish it and how do you analyze what it needs?

This workshop is designed to answer those questions and show you how to get there. Stephanie will share the painting questions that follow her through every painting and explain how she answers them with paint or pastel. The issues are the same in both mediums.

We’ll cover how to really see edges, values, clean color and the shapes that make up beautiful composition. Everything that puts a beautiful painting together.

Stephanie wants to give you those,”Oh yeah’’ and Ahh Ha” moments, intense but fun!

Subject matter will be primarily flowers, fruits and vegetables, whatever is in season. Bring any favorite still life props or something that you'd really like to paint as well!

Location: Anderson Mill Garden Club,

13974 FM 2769, Leander, TX 78641
